Theodore Caspar Lutz, His Role as the Central Contractor in the Building of the Key Maritime Settings for the 1893 Chicago World’s Fair with Tom Lutz. Tom will explain how Theodore Caspar Lutz began his career fishing commercially with his brothers and father at the fishing settlement at Pine Grove (now the site of the Kohler–Andrae State Park) and out of Sheboygan and how he turned that into one of the greatest maritime contracting experiences.
